The Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre (TTIFC) is an investment promotion agency, whose Vision is to make Trinidad and Tobago the premier location in the Western Hemisphere for financial services.

Our Mission is to attract and facilitate foreign direct investment in the financial services sector that would enhance the growth and diversification of the economy, by creating sustainable employment. To achieve this, the TTIFC manages the Financial Institutions Support Services (FINeSS) programme, which provides specialized service, facilitation, support and key linkages to business partners.

Through FINeSS, partners are able to leverage Trinidad and Tobago’s value proposition as a preferred location for financial services investment, so they can confidently conduct a successful business; accessing specific incentives which support middle and back-office processing for financial institutions and their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers.

In addition, the TTIFC also has been vested with the responsibility to drive the development of Trinidad and Tobago’s Financial & Capital Market. As a state agency, national development and that of the standard of living of all citizens of Trinidad and Tobago is core to our work and the TTIFC brings together a team of highly motivated, talented individuals who are experts in their field.
