We are looking for persons to join our FamilY at our Montego Bay location as Itel-Travel Customer Service Agent!
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 CXC passes including grade 1 or 2 in English A and Mathematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Solid computer skills including internet knowledge (such as basic searching and queries) and some email.
Minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm
Must be 18 years and older
Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Driver’s License)
Experience in the Travel, Hotel, Airlines or all would be a plus.
Reservations or sales experience.
This is a full-time, long-term position. Flexibility to work evenings, late nights and weekend shifts is required for most of our teams.
These positions are most easily accessible for candidates in St. James and surrounding areas.
