The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and assessing the training needs of employees within the organization and providing exceptional customer service training.
Primary Responsibilities:
To assist in determining Training needs of locations
Co-ordinates and arranges Training sessions both internal and external
Arrangement of Speakers & Lecturers to facilitate In-House specific training
To monitor l and provide feedback with regards to Employees’ performance and adaptation of Training previously done
Responsible for tracking both internal and external Training of all Staff
Frequent follow up on Performance Reviews (specifically of new Employees)
General support of the Human Resources Team
Provide recommendations and feedback to the Human Resources Manager and Directors
Follows up to ensure that Learnings done are being applied the locations
Requirements:
2-3 years relevant experience in a Human Resources function
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications
Must be self-motivated and driven
Must be a Team-player and have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Must be flexible and have effective Time-Management
Having a vehicle would be an asset
