TENDERING AND CONTRACTS OFFICER

The Tendering and Contracts Officer will be responsible for the preparation of Tender documents and contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Organize bidding documents requirements. i.e. compilation of mandatory legal documents
• Write reports and give updates on pending matters
• Liaise with existing and potential customers on a daily basis
• Maintain an efficient Filing system for documents
• Any other duties assigned by the Tenders Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Diploma in Business Management or higher qualification will be an asset.
• At least five (5) years experience in a smilar position.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have knowledge of Tendering, RFP, RFQ and Procurement
• Good attention to detail, time management, the ability to work on own initiative and strong written and communication skills
• Commitment to working to tight deadlines and delivering accurate, complete, high quality documents on time is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self –Motivated and goal orientated
• Ability to work flexible hours
