A company located in POS is looking to recruit a Cost and Performance Analyst.

Temporary Cost and Performance Analyst:

Key Duties:

  • Ensure Client Contract Compliance with respect to cost categorization, cost reconciliations and budgets.
  • Ensure that cost vs. revenue of the Company is accurately captured.
  • Prepare annual Operational budgets.
  • Prepare monthly forecast reports.
  • Analyze and verify the compliance with the Budget or Reforecast for activity set and costs on a monthly basis.
  • Provide and analyse information in new Company projects & contracts.
  • Produce monthly costs reports per platform, asset or functional area, with supporting variance analyses from budget, clearly highlighting Rework, scope growth and savings.
  • Produce adhoc cost analyses for Management.
  • For all performance rewards (KPI) available, collaborate in the fulfillment of the targets for the year.
  • KPI analysis to identify variations, on time corrective recommendation and forecast the yearly result, on a monthly basis.
  • Approve Maximo 6 PR’s in a timely and efficient manner
  • Review and ensure cost information quality and accuracy of all company invoiceTrain Maximo 4 and Maximo 6 users on the proper use of Cost Information (GL accounts, cost codes, cost elements)
  • Provide project site support.
  • Assist in ensuring that the Cost Management System is fully utilized to support company and contracts
  • Ensure accurate and timely manpower rates and allocations are maintained in the system.
  • Ensure cost information is used in an accurate and standardized manner.
  • Perform all other related job functions as required and provide support to Company wide functions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ACCA or Accounting Degree
  • Three years (3) minimum experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Ability to provide solutions to complex situations.
  • Effective work management skills
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner and exhibits sound and accurate judgment
  • Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience in MS Office

An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.
