Telesales Manager FTTH
Manage Tele-sales teams to achieve and exceed sales and customer acquisition targets and customer service metrics. To identify and pursue new innovative techniques to achieve sales opportunities for the FTTH business. To grow new and existing FTTH revenues. Build and develop relationships with relevant stake holders in accordance with business strategy. Supervise external sales teams to achieve and exceed sales and customer acquisition targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate and give input to sales strategies
Develop, execute opportunities to generate and achieve sales and revenue targets
Develop, execute customer acquisition strategies to achieve business growth targets
Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results
Coordinate and execute all sales events, direct sales campaigns, field sales campaigns
Coordinates the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers' expectations are met.
Proactively inspects sales activity and efforts among sales agents supervised, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
Measure and report results on team's performance
Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates supervised, and works to improve individuals' capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, field territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools.
Leads field forecasting efforts among the team supervised, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel supervised.
Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships
Establishes productive relationship with field marketing based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of marketing investment in the marketplace managed.
Manages sales and team incentives, reward and recognition initiatives
Prepares and manage team's budgets
Liaise with marketing team to develop direct sales campaigns
Manage Sales Team Leaders
Other duties required to achieve strategic goals
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Tertiary level education in Marketing, Sales , Business Administration or Social Sciences
At least three (3) years or more experience in successful sales supervisory position with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set targets
Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate at a senior management level
Must demonstrate ability to coach and mentor team members to succeed
Very strong people management skills
Strong Task & Team orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Innovative, resourceful and self-motivated
Customer-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Goal oriented and driven towards success
Strong computer skills including the full suite of Microsoft Office solutions is mandatory
