Telephone Operator
JOB SUMMARY
The Telephone Operator shall answer telephone and perform Administrative duties of a general nature according to established procedure.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Telephone Operator reports to the Member Service Supervisor and in absence the Operations Manager.
AUTHORITY
The Telephone Operator has authority as delegated by the Member Service Supervisor or his/her designate.

Telephone Etiquette
Willing to accept changes with the need of the work environment
Computer literate
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years as Customer Service Representative
Knowledge of the Credit Union Movement
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
At least five (5) ordinary level CXC / GCE subjects including English language and Mathematics.
Office procedures.
