JOB DESCRIPTION:

To market the company's range of products throughout Trinidad via the telephone (office-based)

To continuously maintain working knowledge of all company products, pricing and promotions.

Receive orders and following through with deliveries.

To handle customer questions and complaints with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

To foster good business relationship between customer/ company

REQUIREMENTS:

A Minimum of 1 year experience in sales is highly desirable

Five (5) CXC passes including Maths & English

Pleasant disposition, customer oriented, and sales oriented

Computer Literate

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Effective time management

Knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics systems will be considered an asset.

An attractive commission-based package will be offered.
