Technical Services Manager – School of Advanced Skills

Main Functions

• Reviewing and monitoring of policies and programs for school
• Determining client needs and recommends solutions for implementation
• Coordinating activities of client services, customer care, recruitment, career & personnel development and technical solutions.
• Delivering empowerment solutions to youths and business clients
• Supervising and directing the workflow of promotion, advertising and public.
• Managing internal and external communication for the School.
• Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing strategy and related activities. 

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• A Bachelors degree in Public Administration or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years working in an educational institution
• Communication, analytical and research skills
• Project management skills
• Strong marketing and/or public relations skills and experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Good interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
• Strong supervisory and industrial relations skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Owner and operator a reliable motor vehicle
