JOB SUMMARY:
To support Service, CSR and Technical Manager with all duties relative to development and growth of the Electrical Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Service with design and troubleshooting areas related to the department.
Assist with planning and executing projects.
Adheres to customer requirements in the areas of quality, reliability, consistency of service and deadlines.
Supervises the installation and commissioning of jobs on customers' site as required.
Seeks new business and clients.
Collects data on assigned jobs, verifies and seeks additional data at customer’s site.
Sources materials, plant and equipment required for jobs.
Liaises with management daily on job schedules and status reports.
Conducts field tests.
Trouble shooting and problem solving of new designs for customers, where applicable.
Support Sales personnel on technical matters.
Informs customers of findings and available options.
Evaluates equipment against O.E.M. specification.
Tests equipment performance characteristics and troubleshoots further as required.
Research and Development of new technology relevant to the department and Product Lines.
Training of team members on theoretical and practical aspects of job.
Gives functional direction and advice to field staff as required.
Any other related duties as assigned.
