HRC Associates, one of the leading human resources, Executive Recruitment and Compensation Consulting firms in the Caribbean, is seeking to recruit a suitable, qualified candidate to apply for the position of Technical/Research Associate - Compensation and Benefits.
Technical/Research Associate - Compensation and Benefits
The position of Technical Associate-Compensation forms part of the HRC Consulting Team and directly impacts the quality and timely delivery of various projects that will include primarily: Compensation Surveys, Compensation Design, Job Evaluation, Performance Management and Organisational Design/Analysis.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Update database with compensation and company information received from questionnaires and other sources
* Draft proposals and tenders for compensation and related projects as required
* Compile information for projects from HRC database, surveys and other research
* Undertake basic analyses for projects
* Undertake preliminary quality checks on all draft analyses and reports
* Maintain a filing system that includes both soft and hard copies of reports, correspondence and company data
* Correspond with clients and prospective clients under guidance from Supervisor for project-related matters
* Attend client meetings with Consultants as required
* Update Project Library as required
* Support other Departments with regards to compensation and related matters
* Any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Managing Director
Qualifications and Exeperience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field of study
* 1 to 2 years’ working experience
* Quantitative background/training will be an asset
* Intermediate level of competency in MS Excel and Word
* Good analytical skills
* Good writing skills
