Training manager
TRAINING MANAGER BPO – MONTEGO BAY
Our client, a (Fortune 500) global leader in the outsourcing industry, with contact centers in the USA, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, is poised to begin operations in Jamaica. They now seek an experienced Training Manager to strengthen the start up and implementation phases.
The Role
§Manage a best-in-class training strategy and team of trainers responsible for the delivery and facilitation of adult classroom training that ensures a motivated and skilled workforce to fulfill the client and organization needs.
§Partner with operations leadership and other business and resource units focused on performance improvement and cost reduction.
§Ensure that learning translates into desired results in terms of quantifiable performance metrics
Preferred Profile
§Bachelors degree in Training & Development, Organization Development, Education, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Equivalent Experience Accepted
§5-7 years of experience in training/adult learning
§3+ years of Supervisory experience
§Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
§Prior experience n customer service or contact center environment is preferred.
§Excellent analytical and project management skills.
§Strong presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
§Strong ability to collaborate with others
§Proven leadership in managing large workgroups.
§Ability to work a flexible schedule.
