TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of TECHNICAL requests, inquiries and complaints. Upbeat, outgoing, motivated persons, with the entrepreneurial spirit needed.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles inbound technical calls effectively and efficiently through the use of proactive customer service and call control techniques and proven technical troubleshooting procedures
- Creates an exceptional experience for the customer by using professional customer service techniques
- Resolves customer questions / concerns efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening
- Resolves customer issues on the first call
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in IT
- Computer Repairs Certification
- IT Essentials 1 & 2 is a plus
- At least two (2) years experience in a Call Center Environment
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable.
