To design, install, commission and maintain Surveillance/Access Control Equipment and/or Systems supplied by the organization to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop efficient and competitive Surveillance/Access Control System designs to cater to customers’ needs.
· Recommend suitable quantities and models of Surveillance/Access Control Equipment.
· Assist in the procurement process of Surveillance/Access Control equipment i.e. in the receipt of goods ordered.
· Assist with costing designs and installation and commissioning of Surveillance/Access Control solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
· Assist with post-sale technical support to customer base as necessary through resolution of technical issues, installation of upgrades and advising on product enhancements and new features.
REQUIREMENTS
· Telecommunication Technicians’ Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum three (3) years working experience in Telecommunications/Networking Field or equivalent
· Working knowledge of Surveillance/Access Control systems and/or experience
· Leadership skills
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Excellent planning organsing and time management skills
· Training and coaching skills
