Reporting to the Manager Electrical Maintenance, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- ensuring that CUC’s Instrumentation and Control Systems (ICS) meet Company standards and that installed facilities and systems are properly maintained;
- Project Management: Coordinating and scheduling ICS personnel to assist engineers with the I&C portion of projects;
- Performance Management: Monitoring, scheduling and ensuring completion of ICS work orders in a timely and responsive manner as well as individual performance;;
- People Management: Managing a number of technical staff and coordinating, among other things, their training and development and safety and environmental development;
- ensuring that scheduled routine preventative maintenance testing and inspections of the I&C equipment is performed. To keep abreast of OEM requirements and changes along with best industry practices.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Applicants must possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology or related field;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the maintenance and repair of I&C equipment.
Salary:
Salary is from US$64,771 to US$97,171 per annum.

CUC operates within the Cayman Islands, a tax-free jurisdiction. Employees working on Island are subject to taxes only when importing goods from overseas. There are no income taxes.
