Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management to deliver results in our showrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Achieves and maintains a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved. Always leading by example
  • Manages all store processes to company standards including receiving/delivery of stock, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all cash and inventory transactions.
  • Achieves and maintains a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved
  • Accountable for achieving store sales targets and the control of expenses
  • Ensures that the appearance of the store’s interior and exterior are maintained to company standards
  • Responsible for maintaining stock levels and product availability in store
  • Achieves and maintains a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership
  • Supervises the training and development of all associates.
  • Approves and administers appropriate disciplinary action to associates in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Manages team rosters and timekeeping
  • Oversees the weekly processing of payroll.
  • Responsible for maintaining health & safety standards.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be a high energy individual with a can do attitude.  
  • A minimum of 3 yrs retail management experience required.
  • Mobility to move freely throughout store on a continual basis throughout the workday.
  • Work schedule reflects a retail schedule, nights, weekends and extended hours during peak trading periods
  • Possess and demonstrate effective organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem resolution skills.
