1. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing stock
2. Inform Branch Manager of items coming in for repairs so that H.P. accounts can be properly flagged on the system and amendment form completed and forwarded to the Credit Department
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing stock
Supervise the loading of items on trucks to ensure amount and that the items are correct. Check Codes!!!
Update all records regarding stock intake and delivery, alerting Manager of any discrepancies
Do daily stock check and send weekly report to Branch Manager to be forwarded to the Inventory Manager and Audit Manager
Work closely with Branch Manager, ensuring a high quality of all items are received
Ensure all complaints are received and logged with the correct and thorough information and forwarded to the relevant personnel or department – Supplier, Service Department or Customer Relations at Head Office
Stock Adjustment sheets must be completed on a weekly basis
Any other related duties assigned to you from time to time
