REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with a minimum of five (5) years experience in Industrial Service Environment. Significant experience with DIESEL ENGINES mandatory.
A combination of technical and management skills with proven sales experience.
THIS SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING SUPERIOR, CONSISTENT HEAVY EQUIPMENT SERVICE, INCLUDING AND ESPECIALLY DIESEL ENGINES TO COMPANY' S CUSTOMERS, AND IMPROVING PROFITABILITY THROUGH EFFECTIVE GROWTH STRATEGIES.
DUTIES::
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Ensuring highest level of quality service and quality control at all times.
Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for service business.
Plan and develop Service Department functions in line with overall company vision.
Maximize departmental profitability through sale of labour, parts and materials to existing and potential customers.
Maintain profit margins and return on investment and implements strategic planning to increase company market share.
Manage key customer relationships and service staff to achieve established targets.
Coordinates activities with other managers.
Ensure company meets, and even exceeds manufacturers and suppliers requirements, where possible.
MUST HAVE A COMBINATION OF TECHNICAL AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS WITH PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE.
COMPENSATION IN THE RANGE OF $15,000.00 PLUS COMPANY VEHICLE.
