Sierra Support Services (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited is Digicel's Service Delivery Partner for their Fibre to the Home Project.
About the role:
Service Delivery Technician (Grade 1) are responsible for the high quality deliver of In-Home installation and service of the clients Optical GPON services to include IPTV, Telephony & Broadband products within our Telecommunication Division within Trinidad & Tobago
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and service In-Home IP Optical GPON products to a standard as defined by the client.
- Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) set out by both the Client and Sierra
- Deliver a first class customer experience to high NPS standards
- Positively promote the clients brand, through on-site performance
- Liaise with the team manager to ensure that on-site health and safety requirements or quality issues are communicated in a timely manner
- Work to the highest of health and safety standards at all times
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Be of outstanding good character - references required
- Previous experience of delivering In-Premises services to homes and or businesses essential. (CCTV, Electrician, Alarms, Data/Telephony etc)
- Proven previous practical experience ability with fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Must be target driven to deliver on KPI's set by the client
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be able to understand & comply with company health and safety policies to strict adherences at all times
- Be determined and committed to delivering high quality standards
- Possess exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good literacy, numeric and IT skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully to lead a small team
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Flexibility to work shifts in line with business requirements
- Possess excellent time keeping and time management skills
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
