Service Advisor

Job Summary: The Service Advisor is the first line of contact between customers and Ansa Automotive during a service visit.  The Service Advisor must be able to provide exceptional customer service to all customers whilst assisting the organisation achieve its targets. 
Main Duties / Responsibilities

The following is a summary of the main duties:

1) To meet and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and ensuring that customer expectations are surpassed.

2) Identify customers’ needs and concerns and document as per established procedures and guidelines.

3) To secure customer approval for all work prior to service and monitor the progress of jobs as required.

4) To assist the department achieve established targets 


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum 5 CXC passes or equivalent
• Certificate in Customer Service
• Minimum 3 years work experience in customer service
• Certificate in Computer Literacy
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Experience in similar position a definite asset
• Driven, Enthusiastic, can-do-attitude, motivated by results, detail oriented.
