Senior Sales Specialist

MASSY TECHNOLOGIES INFOCOM, one of the Caribbean’s largest Information Technology and
Communications Companies, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Imaging
and Printing Solutions Team in Barbados.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  The sales and marketing of a range of Network Printing Solutions
• 
  The identification and introduction of new products and services
  to the market
• 
  Management and promotion of specific brands
• 
  To manage business growth of specified accounts in all market
  sectors
• 
  The continued development of excellent and sustainable
  relationships with customers
• 
  The achievement of financial and other targets as determined

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Information Technology
• 
  A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in direct sales and
  account management
• 
  Good working knowledge of network printing solutions, office
  equipment technology, power management solutions and computer networking
• 
  The ability to develop and execute strategies for account
  penetration
• 
  Proven team leadership skills
• 
  The
  mentoring and coaching of junior employees
• 
  Excellent
  presentation, oral and written communication skills
• 
  Excellent customer service and sound negotiation skills
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
