Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field from a reputable University and seven (7) years progressive experience in Banking, at least five (5) of which must be at the Managerial Level OR an IBAF Diploma and a minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in banking, at least seven (7) of which must be at a Managerial Level OR the GMDP Certificate and a minimum of twelve (12) years progressive experience in banking, at least ten (10) of which must be at a Managerial Level. In addition, a minimum eight (8) years progressive experience at a managerial level, working with high risk credits. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of risk management, motivational skills and excellent communication skills.
