Senior Human Resource Officer – Learning, Development & Engagement
Core Function:
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for:
ü Ensuring that Training and Development Programmes are aligned to the goals/objectives of the Credit Union
ü Formulating, delivering and implementing appropriate training programmes
ü Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes
ü Developing, implementing and monitoring staff development programmes
ü Monitoring Learning & Development budget
ü Recommending and implementing appropriate Staff Engagement and Team Building Programmes
ü Monitoring and analysing Staff Engagement and recommending appropriate responses
