The Role
Reporting to the Director of HR & Administration, the role is pivotal in collaborating with other departmental heads to ensure the fulfillment of corporate objectives.
With key responsibilities including performance management, employee relations & benefits, training & development, compensation, change management and organizational development, the position has significant impact on the image and growth of the company, - continually improving staff relations and communication within the organization.
