My dynamic client is looking for both a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst to join their winning team and play leading roles in the financial management, strategic planning and operational oversight of specific asset groups.  This person MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERINCE.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of complex financial analyses, including return on investment, cash on cash, capital returns, and operational trends. Create and maintain Argus valuation models and associated sensitivity analyses. Provide cohesive summary comparisons of strategic options
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project and asset specific deliverables and valuation models
• Provide conclusions and recommendations for market positioning, competitive analyses, and strategic planning. Work with the leasing team in communicating findings and understanding specific local market constraints
• Maintain databases of asset performance information. Etc.

Skills Required

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting. business, finance, economics or a similar field and an advanced degree would be preferred for the Senior Analyst
• 3-5 years of professional experience withln the real estate development industry and for the Senior Analyst roles, a minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior manager level
• Experience within a variety of industries and real estate development operations such as residential commercial, hospitality, resort, and/or golfing operations
• Medium-advanced proficiency In Excel and Argus: strong- expert financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, book and cash flow reporting and knowledge of the principles GAAP and/or IFRS
• Excellent verbal. presentation and written communication skills with positive inter-personal skills and- a demonstrated ability to build relationships and teams excellent organizational skills time-management skills, and project management skills

Annual salaries will be within the range of US$85,000.00 - US$115,000.00 per annum based on experience. The client offers a competitive benefits package, which includes 4 weeks’ vacation, health and life insurance, a pension plan, training and educational assistance among others
