Job Summary:
Oversees and coordinates activities of workers providing telephone and email customer support services.
Specific Duties:
SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Typing at 30 words per minute or more
• Effective active Listening Skills
• Strict Confidentiality Standards
EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
