Primary Accountabilities
1) Bid Support. Support important bids and regional sales teams with commercial strategies, product expertise and custom product variants as needed.
2) Product Management & Development: Enhance, support and manage, region-wide business mobility products and services. Provide commercial requirements for device ranging. Build and maintain excellence in all our business mobility services, working with vendors and internal and external delivery partners including IT, engineering, billing, revenue assurance and process teams.
3) Business Case Development: Develop commercial and pricing strategy and tactics that improve product profitability. Build tactical business models to demonstrate impact of price scenarios. Build business cases to evaluate and estimate the impact of capital decisions.
4) Product Performance: Track performance of mobile products through big-data business intelligence, network, supplier and financial reports. Challenge and assist business units to achieve best-in-class performance with their core mobile products, benchmarked against other business units and global best practice.
Qualifications/Requirements
1) Typically 10+ years commercial experience in strategic planning/pricing/product management role in multi-product, multi-country delivery environment.
2) Expert knowledge and broad experience of mobile voice and data telecommunications services is essential.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. Spanish language proficiency is an advantage but is not essential

1) Strong skills in written and verbal communication, communicating product benefits effectively to customers. Also business modeling and operational data analysis.
2) Ability to quickly and clearly simplify and articulate complex product and process requirements for commercially successful services.
3)Optimize commercial product design by relating product features to underlying network and BSS/OSS capabilities and capacity.

This is a subject matter expert role that requires the product manager to achieve results through effective leadership in a matrix environment, where stakeholders are dispersed over a wide geographical area.
