RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presents and sells the entire range of Company products and services to current and potential clients.
Analyses sales quota provided monthly by Sales Manager and develops monthly sales plan by customer on route for the period, to assist in attaining the Company’s overall sales objective.
Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made on a daily basis.
Develops and maintains relationships with key retail outlet personnel on route to facilitate the attainment of the Company’s objectives.
Prepares and submits written field activity reports as required, which should account for customer visits, market intelligence and key achievements on the trade.
Identifies and resolves client concerns in a timely manner to maintain positive customer relationships.
Gathers trade and competitive information and provides feedback to the Sales Manager. Such information should include but is not limited to:
Opening and closing of retail outlets on route.
Competitive activity/product launches, price changes etc.
Personal recommendations.
Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
