Job Description: Sales Representative
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position requires an enthusiastic, hardworking, customer service champion. In this position you will ensure that the needs of your customers are actively and efficiently met as you strive to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account saturation within an assigned market by effectively selling the company’s products and related services. You are also expected to expand your customer base and further develop your route and assist with any other on the road duties as needed.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing and or potential customers by assists them in selecting product that best suits their needs.
Assist in delivering of documents and receiving documents on behalf of the company as needed.
REPORTING:
Reports directly to the Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five (5) General CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
At least two (2) years’ experience in a sales /customer oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Owns a good working vehicle.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
