As the Sales Representative for Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago you will be responsible for achieving business objectives, sales targets and maximizing trade investment in designated categories, and being the Nestlé representative to the customer. Among the exciting things that comprise this role, you will implement and evaluate all national promotions, negotiate and implement all in store activities, report all competitor activities including promotions, price, new products and any other relevant trade information, and prepare and execute a Customer Business Plan for key customers.
We are looking for a person with a strong passion for excellence and a known team player who will be able to work with a dynamic group to deliver exceptional results in the Sales department. To be our preferred candidate, you should ideally have the following blend of qualifications and experience:
A first degree in Management or Marketing, or relevant social science
At least 4 years in a Sales environment and 3 years sales experience, including field-based exposure
Knowledge of the supermarket industry and its operations
Strong MS office capability especially MS Excel
Strong results focus and a track record of sales performance
Sound planning and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
