Sales and Project Manager - Roofing

Duties:

• Responsible for Sales (Roofing and Windows)
• Meeting with clients
• Supervise installation (Roofing and Windows)
• Schedule and coordination of trades to achieve time lines
• Complete quotations
• Promote products through expos, marketing and meetings with clients
• Project reviews
• Measuring of roofs
• Submit technical details
• Prepare Material Requisitions
• Document Control
• Quality Control
• Budget Control

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in the Construction Industry (Roofing and Windows)
• Experience in Sales and Project Management
• Computer Literate
• Working knowledge of construction based programs such as Microsoft Project, Promavera and Autocad an asset
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Ability to climb roof level, ladders and scaffolding
• Applicant must have good interpersonal and management skills
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
