Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The incumbent will be required to sell and promote the Company's products and provide good customer service on the trade.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

• Promotion and sales of the Division's products, while continuously seeking new opportunities for introducing products to customers
• Collection of cash and cheques for goods sold and submitting same to the Company on a daily basis
• Making recommendations according to customer's needs
• Handling customer questions and complaints with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Continually maintaining working knowledge of all Company products, services, pricing and promotions
• Responsibility for assigned stock, ensuring that all products are kept in good condition and are secured at all times
• Merchandising Company's products when required
• Responsibility for goods that have been returned from the trade
• Responsibility for the upkeep of the Stock Room
• Performs other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.
• Heavy T Permit would be an asset
• Must have the capability to work long hours

Knowledge & Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) CXC/Ordinary Level passes, including Mathematics and English Language
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in a sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
