We invite applications for a new Digicel Opportunity - Sales Professional
Primary objective of the job:
- Ensure that all sales targets are met through sales activities, from lead generation to close of sale. Ensure that there is customer satisfaction and
revenue generation in line with company vision and values.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sale of Cellular phones, 4G Products, Sims Cards, Air Time credit, and any other items recommended by and tailored exclusively
by Digicel for retail and corporate clients.
- To have full knowledge of all Digicel's products and Services
- Use of Digicel's approved systems e.g. Extranet, GUI, DSM etc.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above.
- Demonstrate sales techniques in accordance with the standards set out by GMAT
- Execute duties to achieve a minimum of 95% for each Digicel Mystery Shopper as well as monthly audit conducted
- Develop annual sales plan in conjunction with Team Leader, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales
- Professional on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from other competitors.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their personal or business
issues.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- To provide a good personal image of self and company to customers
- To provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by Digicel

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including English and a numerical subject (Mathematics/Accounts)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
