Job Purpose:
Develops the Beer business by serving customers in assigned territory by selling products; implementing brand tactics and meeting customer needs.
Duties:
· Maps and Targets every Alcohol Licensed account in assigned territory.
· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets in assigned territory.
· Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
· Identifies Brand Target consumer by studying the type of sales outlet and maintains Customer Sales card.
· Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers to exceed pre-assigned sales targets.
· Creates Brand Awareness through implementation of High Visibility Outdoor and Indoor Merchandise in accordance with Brands Retail Standards in collaboration with Manager and Merchandiser.
· Educates Customers and Consumers on the principles of the brand.
· Encourages trial of Brand by Coordinating Sampling at agreed outlets.
· Implements agreed Brand Image Building Activities to encourage Brand Adoption and Loyalty.
· Minimizes Beer returns by ensuring no overstocking and proper stock rotation.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly new business reports. Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
