SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

The Job

Primary duties, but not limited to the following:

·   To develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet the organizational needs and objectives. 

·   To evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to implement marketing plans as needed.

·   To determine the demand for products and services offered by MESL and its competitors and identify potential customers.

·   To develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the profits or share, while ensuring the existing customer base is satisfied.

The Candidate

·   A motivated flexible self starter who operates efficiently with the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and customers.

·   The successful candidate must be a highly organized with attention to detail

·    A motivated individual who is mature and able to provide leadership and professionalism to the environment and yet be able to meet strict deadlines on all levels.

Minimum requirements.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with management experience
• Possess strong leadership and management skills.
• The Candidate is required to meet with customers on a flexible
  schedule.
• Computer Literate using Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to communicate with superiors, colleagues and
  sub-ordinates via the industry standard methods.
