• Demonstrated ability to drive sales in a multi brand business environment.

• Identify sales opportunities, understanding of competitors and driving community relationships.
• Leads implementation of product placement, marketing and promotional strategies.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to Branch Managers about sales goals and results.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of sports, sporting goods and sport brands.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity.
