Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager

 

  • Experience in the building or construction industry would be an asset but not a requirement
  • Hard working and a team player with a desire to advance in the Windows & Doors industry
  • Computer literate with a solid educational background
  • Experience in dealing with Customers and satisfying their needs / Problem Solver
  • A self starter who is motivated to develop the brand & help move the product to a position of prominence
  • Candidate will have a strong Sales background and understand the need to provide customer service

 

Specific Responsibilities and Goals

  • To develop your own sales strategy and plan to meet your specific sales quota based on the agreed contribution to the revenue of the company.
  • To source prospective customers that meet the parameters outlined in the Sales Plan.
  • To supervise the creation of or directly create quotes using PrefSuite computer-integrated-management system, and to ensure their accuracy and ability to meet specific customer needs
  • To close order, secure deposits and ensure collection of funds due from customers
  • To maintain a strong customer service relationship with customers during the production, delivery, installation and post installation periods
  • To ensure the appropriate company resources are brought to bear in order to create a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Monthly draw down on commission plus travel expenses.
