The Sales Manager should develop and execute sales plans and build/grow relationships with Key Accounts,pharmacies,hospitals and health centres,the the aim of meeting/exceeding revenue
The objective of the Sales Manager is to strengthen relationships with customers. Work with each sales representative to identify strength and weaknesses, train where possible and recommend other training as necessary. Identify opportunities for growth/new business.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Implement Sales plans
· Monitor and ensure the achievement of pharmaceutical sales
· Work on all aspects of government business
· Develop and strengthen in-depth relationships with key practitioners and other key personnel in all intuitions
· Assist in managing customer credit accounts
· Devise and implement a training programme for continued development of the sales representatives
· Monitor sales activities to institutions by Medical Sales Representatives.
· Strengthen relationships with Key Accounts
· 75% of time dedicated on the field with customers
· Execute/Implement regular educational events for pharmacies
· Supervise sales representatives
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree in Marketing, Management or related field
· 4-5 years supervisory experience in a fast paced business environment.
· 2-3 years in a similar position would be an asset.
