is seeking a professional who is a self-starter, dynamic, driven, creative and entrepreneurial.  While some sales experience will be an asset, our focus is to develop individuals who have the ability to grow their own business.  The following encompasses a cross-section of the responsibilities:

 

  • Delivers service excellence daily in keeping with Massy Technologies Customer Service Philosophy.
  • Develops sales and new business opportunities in specific brands and solutions.
  • Develops strategies for account filtration.
  • Conducts customer needs analyses to determine office solutions.
  • Grows and maintains customer relationships for new and existing accounts.
  • Prepares tenders, presentations and correspondence to customers.
  • Conducts regular follow-ups with customers and assists with the collection of payments.
  • Achieves agreed goals and assigned sales quota.
  • Keeps up-to-date with market trends and competition.
  • Follows-up all sales leads as required.
  • Manages the entire sales process to ensure minimal receivables exposure.
  • Takes full ownership and responsibility for client base.
  • Submits all reports in required timeframe.
  • Prepares & submits weekly reports and rolling month forecasts.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • A first degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related discipline
  • Sales experience will be an asset.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in implementation of IT hardware (connecting printers, downloading applications, software and drivers) will be an asset
  • Knowledge of engineering, architectural industry and/or GIS will be an asset
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results-oriented and target driven
  • Ability to establish business relationships at different levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
