is seeking a professional who is a self-starter, dynamic, driven, creative and entrepreneurial. While some sales experience will be an asset, our focus is to develop individuals who have the ability to grow their own business. The following encompasses a cross-section of the responsibilities:
- Delivers service excellence daily in keeping with Massy Technologies Customer Service Philosophy.
- Develops sales and new business opportunities in specific brands and solutions.
- Develops strategies for account filtration.
- Conducts customer needs analyses to determine office solutions.
- Grows and maintains customer relationships for new and existing accounts.
- Prepares tenders, presentations and correspondence to customers.
- Conducts regular follow-ups with customers and assists with the collection of payments.
- Achieves agreed goals and assigned sales quota.
- Keeps up-to-date with market trends and competition.
- Follows-up all sales leads as required.
- Manages the entire sales process to ensure minimal receivables exposure.
- Takes full ownership and responsibility for client base.
- Submits all reports in required timeframe.
- Prepares & submits weekly reports and rolling month forecasts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- A first degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related discipline
- Sales experience will be an asset.
- Knowledge and/or experience in implementation of IT hardware (connecting printers, downloading applications, software and drivers) will be an asset
- Knowledge of engineering, architectural industry and/or GIS will be an asset
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-oriented and target driven
