SALES CO-ORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR

OBJECTIVE

To Supervise Sales Team to maximise sales opportunities and to ensure the timely fulfilment and delivery of sales orders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in the Supermarket Trade
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of Peachtree an asset
• Possess Strong Communication Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Executing Sales and Marketing Strategies
• Oversee Sales Team to ensure targets are met and sales opportunities are maximized.
• Monitor and ensure that Sales Representatives solicit business from new customers including but not limited to pharmacy chains, hotels, food outlets and supermarkets not currently serviced.
• Monitor and Ensure Sales Representatives and Merchandizers activities are being performed to the required standard and that their schedules are properly arranged to allow for productive use of their time.
• Monitor and ensure that all of the products are sold at all given locations
• Conduct weekly sales meetings with Sales Representatives
• Develop and/or revise weekly worksheets for the Sales Representatives and Merchandizers that will ensure productivity and effectiveness in their visits.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and analyse data.
• Visit customers when necessary
• Responsible for Promotions / Sampling activities
• Develop Export Sales Market
• Research and implement new business opportunities, including additions to existing product lines and/or new product lines.
• Responsible for monitoring receivables
