Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is considered a key customer-facing and revenue generating role.  The Associate is expected to close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with defined targets. He/she helps to retain and convert customers through providing consultative guidance, rapport-building, probing, clarifying and mapping customer's needs to the services and products Vistaprint offers. The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in determining the ideal mix of printed products and electronic service solutions to effectively market their business
• Employ persuasive techniques to close sales by converting, up-selling, cross-selling and retaining customers.
• Deliver and maintain expected level of customer satisfaction
• Share customer feedback with the organization
• Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/center
• Seek opportunities to proactively improve his/her understanding of products/services being supported
• Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• An aptitude for positioning and closing Sales offers
• Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in Sales or Customer service
• Experience in achieving and maintaining aggressive Sales targets would be an advantage
• Background in web-related /electronic marketing products would be an asset
• Minimum qualification of a High school certificate with passes in English Language
