AllianceOne is excited to partner with two new great clients and are seeking talented individuals to join our team. In this position you would be taking inbound calls, answering questions and solving problems with the customer’s existing service.  You will also be asked to offer additional services and products that might further benefit the customer. 

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Outgoing, very friendly and able to build rapport
• Strong listening skills and ability to problem solve
• Goal oriented
• Ability to bridge to a sale by offering a product or service that could help the customer.
• Ability to handle rejection and upset customers with professionalism
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous call center, hospitality, or sales experience a plus

REQUIREMENTS


Must be 18 yers and over

At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language

Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License)

 

HOURS

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

You must be available to work a fulltime, long term position. 

These positions are most easily accessible for candidates in St. James and surrounding areas.
