The Sales Account Representative works with the sales and support teams for the achievement of revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the sales of IT Hardware and Software.
· Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all solution areas.
· Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager
· Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
· Forecast management: Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and face to face cold calling on assigned clients.
· Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
· Be the single point of contact for all customer business concerns with MBC including but not limited to sales and related activity, financial issues, customer service concerns and any other business issue that may arise.
· Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
