QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

The individual must be customer-oriented.
Must have experience within the perishables department and bakery department
The individual must at all times be able to work well under pressure.
He/she must be a team player with positive work ethic and a strong commitment to growth and development.
Must be able to work a shift system.
Manage and co-ordinate orders from suppliers
Must beable to calculate and process the highand low of products that sell for corrective action to be made
Must have a clear understanding of OSHA/HSE
