The successful applicant will assist in the overseeing and direction of all aspects of the kitchen operation at the level of standard and quality established by the company

 

  Applicants should satisfy the following minimum requirements:

  • Knowledge of the operation and use of laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, etc;
  • Ability to focus on details and quality;
  • Outgoing, pleasant personality with excellent guest engagement skills;
  • Effective interaction with staff to ensure team member and guests satisfaction;
  • Meticulous with great attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Must have the ability to schedule and prioritize demands;
  • Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural/diverse environment;

 

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Culinary institution or equivalent technical schooling or apprenticeship training
  • A minimum of three years’ experience as Sous Chef in an international first-class hotel/resort
