Primary objective of the job:
- To ensure that all customer are invoiced correctly and that all revenues are correctly categorized and recognized

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct billings, credit adjustments and refunds on monthly basis
- Audit the billing system regularly to ensure accuracy of tariff rates; review and analyze billing data, rate plans and billing system table to determine areas of revenue leakage
- Work collaboratively with the products team to ensure rates are configured correctly
- Ensuring all Tariff Adjustment Documents are processed within defined timelines (ICT)
- Develop tools, templates and processes to assist in automation of workflow
- Revenue risk monitoring and analysis
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, develop and test additional revenue assurance checks
- Manage Customer Database
- Manage, invoice and improve Mobile Advertising Process
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Tertiary degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related discipline
Skills/Experience:
3-5 years' experience in either one or more of the following;
- Project Management
- Business Planning and Strategy
- Mobile Telecommunication Networks
Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of Digicel's systems, processes and regulatory environment.
- Good Commercial feeling with business awareness and customer understanding
- Aptitude to plan & organize
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of the Digicel organization & contacts
