REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
4-5 years experience in the Management of Retail Establishments.
Prior experience managing a team - a team player.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
THE JOB:
Provide effective Management procedures for company stores.
Propose and implement highest level of customer service and retail operation protocols.
Marketing and team management to ensure achieving operating profits.
Implement experience to protect and sustain brand equity.
Manage team, including recruitment, training, monitoring and encouraging performance.
Responsible for highest level of store productivity.
COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE RANGE OF $10-15,000.00 PER MONTH.
