REPORTS TO: Restaurant Branch Manager
SUPERVISES: Restaurant Staff
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To direct, organize, control, co-ordinate and supervise the day to day operations of the Restaurant, in full compliance with all standard operating procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Certificate as evidenced in Supervisory Training in the Hospitality Industry or any combination of experience and Training.
Five O' Levels Passes or equivalent qualification including Mathematics English and Food and Nutrition.
Must be Friendly yet Professional, Ability to Smile and a Team Player.
Must be able to work weekends and shift.
Must be able to supervise and motivate subordinates.
Must be a self starter and be able to use iniatitive and work independently.
Must be Computer Literate, Quick learner and have ability to Multi-task.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and use initiative.
