Duties:
Responsible for assigned station – set up, all prep for station, post service breakdown
Able to work quickly & efficiently in a fast paced kitchen
Prepare a consistent, high quality of food according to Company’s standards
Maintain clean, hygienic work areas
Bartender
Permanent Part-Time Bartending qualifications or experience needed.
Candidate must be responsible, reliable and able to work flexible hours.
Duties:
Set up of Bar before service- ensure drinks chilled, garnishes prepared, check quality of fresh items
Wine service- open, pour & serve wine
Make all cocktails consistently according to company procedures & recipes
Check all alcohol stock levels pre & post shift
Maintain a clean & hygienic bar area
Any other duties required
Dining Room Wait Staff
Permanent Full Time
Junior and Senior Servers needed. Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Candidate must be responsible, reliable and able to work flexible hours.
Duties:
Prepare restaurant for service – cleaning dining room, preparing glasses, cutlery, setting tables
Serving customers including serving of food & beverages, removal of plates, entering orders into point of sale, giving pleasant, helpful service.
Learning food & beverage menus
Performing all pre, post and during shift duties
Ability to open, pour & serve wine
Any other duties required
Kitchen and Dining Room Stewards

Duties:
Kitchen -To ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, dishwashing, unloading & packing of goods
Dining Room – To clear and clean dining room tables during service and general dining room environment, assist wait staff on tables.
