Restaurant Manager/ Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a General Manager, a Kitchen Manager and a Restaurant Manager to join a dynamic hospitality business in Grand Cayman. These three vacancies are full time permanent opportunities and will suit experienced individuals with 5+ years' relevant experience.

We are seeking a General Manager, a Restaurant Manager and a Kitchen Manager to join a busy and dynamic hospitality business in Grand Cayman. These three vacancies are full time permanent opportunities and will suit experienced individuals with an excellent knowledge of the restaurant/hospitality setting.

General Manager duties will include management of day to day operations, training and coaching of all staff, managing purchasing, ordering and stock control and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Restaurant Manager duties will include managing the day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring restaurant financial objectives are met, managing waiting staff and completing rosters, inventory for all restaurant stock and dealing with customers.

Kitchen Manager duties will include managing the opening and closing of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting food quickly and efficiently, assisting in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy and managing kitchen staff.

Requirements include:
- A thorough knowledge of the restaurant/ food service industry
- 3 - 5 years' experience of managing, training and coaching staff
- Experience of decision making, financial and strategic planning, developing budgets and managing profitability
